Michael spent about 7 years working as a IT & operation personnel in a local lingerie chain retailer that has over 80 sales points nationwide (Malaysia). He dedicated his time equally in both managing company's ERM system, and also retail operation work on daily-basis.In early of 2013, he started to explore in F&B industry, worked as a IT & Cost Analyst at the best premium bread maker - The Loaf. There, besides his major expertise - Point Of Sale. Michael involves also in costing simulation analysis for bread, pastries & fine dining menu. Having the opportunity to work closely with Japanese master chefs, Michael found his work is much more exciting then he ever thought, it was a great working experience at The Loaf. Later in September 2013, he joint EIG, one of the leading Malaysian's skin care MNC based in Shah Alam. His primary role now focus on IT infrastructure & networking management. He is required to hands-on from end-user level PC troubleshooting to CTO servers at the tier-4 World-Class datacenter in Cyberjaya. Networking jobs cover from office VLAN to continental VPN, IPsec & firewall deployment.Michael is super excited with his new exploration, with all the chances given by the Company, he is committed to do his ever best in this career, not only to express his appreciation, but also to push his capability beyond the limit.He is not available for new career opportunity currently.
