Michael G. Lewis is the Deputy General Counsel, Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP), a Fortune 220 adaptive distribution energy company. In this role, Michael leads a talented team of attorneys to manage the company’s M&A pipeline and advance strategic growth objectives across all areas of Global’s business. Global’s diverse portfolio focuses on the storage of petroleum products and renewable fuels through one of the largest terminal networks in the Northeast, and marketing them in North America to third parties and its network of 1,700 sites under several retail brands, including its proprietary Alltown Fresh (https://alltownfresh.com/). Global also transports petroleum products and renewable fuels by rail from the mid-continental U.S. and Canada (www.Global.com). Prior to joining Global, Michael was Chief Legal Officer of Bolla Oil Corp., a leading marketer of transportation fuels and convenience goods (ranked 31st largest c-store chain in the U.S.). In this role, he was responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs, corporate, transactional real estate, redevelopment, environmental, government relations, litigation and risk management.
