In addition to managing existing relationships I prospected new business partners that met QBE’s risk appetite.

Additional operational responsibilities included: direct program management, on-line customer self-service portal, and all associated sales and marketing strategies, plus sales, distribution segmentation, and management information reporting for Custom Accounts Division. Worked in collaboration with the Call Center & Policy Services leadership to ensure all operational metrics were consistently exceeded.
