This role is post-installation remediation for the Direct to Consumer stream of business for All Weather Windows. This role involved working with clients to establish which items, if any, were covered under warranty, with a view to assisting with resolving and warranty related issues. This breadth of this ranged from problem identification through to, and including, final resolution; encompassing all aspects of product and personnel resource planning across multiple departments. Including customer service, purchasing, manufacturing, and warehousing, including, shipping/receiving.

▣ Supported daily store operations and oversaw 4 departments and a team of 10+ members. ▣ Tracked and audited inventory, ordered merchandise, trained junior personnel and promoted the highest standards of customer service.
