18 years in the aviation industry at various levels including mechanic,crew leader structures team, crew leader flight control team and project leader with certification approval on the following aircraft types;B1 & "C" license on the Boeing 737NG, Boeing 757 and Boeing 767.B1 inspector on the 737NG, 757 & 767 including major structural repair and modification sign off.P1 inspector on the 737CL & including major structural repair and modification sign off.Large amount of experience gained in all aspects of aircraft maintenance at mechanic, supervisor and certifying inspector levels in structural repairs/modifications (major fitting replacements , cabin reconfigurations, skin replacements, aux tank installations, major and minor skin repairs). Mechanical experience includes Powerplant (replacement, service and repair). All primary and secondary flight control removal, installation and rigging/adjustments and a large amount of experience gained on all aircraft systems including troubleshooting.Also have experience working in a consultancy role for a/c repair and modifications on behalf of customers. Previous experience in the motor industry including completion of apprenticeship in vehicle body repair and refinishing . Experience gained in the repair and refinish of all body major and minor components and all mechanical component repair and replacement.Experience in AutoCAD including completion of City and Guilds approved course.Experience gained with Toyota lean management processes.
