Primary Responsibilities consisted of: • Accounts receivables: receiving payments on accounts managing open balance report and making collection calls on delinquent accounts • Providing exceptional customer service • Conduct training meetings with staff (i.e. Trademark service training, add-on selling ect). • Account development (identifying accounts with growth potential and providing outside sales rep and store manager with lead information.
