Guaranteeing the desktop security for over 160,000 devices in the Boeing enterprise. Currently manages a team that provides enterprise desktop tools infrastructure for Active Directory, software deployment tools, and desktop configuration management. Serves as a member of the Tools and Infrastructure leadership team as the End User Infrastructure Services (EUIS) organization evolves to a Build-related operations as well as transition to an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) methodology. •Deployed HAIL(Historical Authorized and Invalid Logon) to 155,000 devices across the Boeing enterprise. This tracking tool replaced numerous legacy logon tools gathering user authentication and other pertinent history from computer’s event log. Savings realized in the millions.•Deployed Group Policy for Active Directory wireless connection. This allowed for the distribution of Group Policy updates and Active Directory privilege to wireless clients. •Established a leadership presence in North Charleston. Hired several technicians to support tools that manage desktop security and data analytics for ITI at the enterprise level. •Developed partnership/relationship between PSO, IT and IT outsource providers for working Blockpoints and CRs (Change Requests). Partners include Siemens (NX & Teamcenter) CADENAS (Part Solutions) CSC (Computer Science Corporation), Infosys, IAS (Infotech Aerospace Services. Results included a strong collaborative relationship among Boeing, their partners and outsource providers. The improved communications reduced cycle time for hardware and software upgrades/bug fixes which allowed business units to meet scheduled deliveries.•Achieved site financial business goals netting IT savings of 50M over a 6 year period. This was achieved through reductions in infrastructure, telecommuting devices, and overtime. The implementation of virtual office was also a cost saving benefit.•Developed IT workforce through ITCFP (Information Technology Career Foundation Program) candidates and college interns. This created a new generation workforce of highly skilled, state of the art technicians that will position Boeing for the future.•Led project for DCO (Data Center Consolidation) migrating over 200 Long Beach Engineering Servers and their applications to the Seal Beach Data Center. •Received Silver Eagle Award (Mobility Systems highest award) for leading the Engineering effort to update security and authentication for the USAF applications.

• Develop strategic direction for Product Standards Tools and Technology at the Boeing Enterprise Level.• Analyze current domain architecture as it relates to Product Standards tools and technologies at the enterprise level. Make necessary recommendations for architecture, environment and tools based on customer requirements. • Supervise a virtual team of 21 employees across 6 geographic locations that are responsible for the maintenance and support of product standards tools and technology across the enterprise.• Implement the tools necessary for creating, maintaining, coordinating, and delivering product standards information.• Oversee organization budget and the distribution of IT resources and outsource providers to maintain applications owned by the PSO (Product Standards Office).• Execute product standards related initiatives.• Develop new product standards related tools and processes.• Improve current standards related tools and processes.• Establish Project Review Board (PRB), PSO CCB (Customer Change Board), and IT TRB (Technical Review Board) at the enterprise level.
