I like to help my clients define, find or reinvent their channels to their markets, their value propositions and to overcome their business & technology challenges by applying pragmatic strategies and execution to get the success they desire. Seeing them go on to achieve high growth and great results is a huge motivator for me & a reward in itself. I am a big believer in technology’s ability to bring real change to how we live, work and connect with the world around us, and I feel excited to take my clients and colleagues into this digital world and use it to unlock their potential.My style is very pragmatic - I don’t believe in messing about. I like to consider the options, overcome challenges, and make the decisions to make things change. Working with a client is about helping them on the journey to the outcome they want. My advice is born from experience that gets results, not just theories. I believe that people relate to real people & experiences as compared to marketing numbers and anonymous success stories, and I approach every challenge with people first in mind. I enjoy brainstorming & white boarding ideas and solutions with my clients & colleagues to address real challenges & collectively come up with solutions for real problems. I believe in the power of teams, yet I value the individualism in every member and realize that some problems require a unique individual approach to solve while others take team effort. I am one of life’s focused, organized, and multi-tasking people, but then I am a parent!
