As the Senior Military Advisor to the Under Secretary of the Navy, I provide senior-level guidance and advice on the development and implementation of the Department’s policies, programs, and resources. I have over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I held various leadership and staff positions, including Division Chief of NATO/EU/Turkey Policy Division and Assistant Deputy Director of The Joint Staff, J5, Deputy Directorate for Politico-Military Affairs, Europe/NATO/Russia. I have a Master of National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, and a Masters of Military Studies from the Marine Corps University. I am skilled in chief human capital, niche talent acquisition, and human resource planning. My core competencies include strategic planning, international relations, security cooperation, and interagency coordination. I am passionate about advancing the U.S. strategic interests and enhancing its readiness, capability, and interoperability with allies and partners.
