Chief Innovation Culture Strategist (Superintendent) for the Air Force Personnel Center's Innovation Office - Leading the rebranding and strategy design for the future of innovation across the Air Force Personnel Center. Preaching the good news of innovation anywhere and anytime I get the opportunity. Instigating a NEW vision for innovation operations & culture in order to propel leaders across the Department of the Air Force to "Accelerate Change...or lose" • Facilitated 7 Human-Centered Design workshops; designed & led sessions to drive mission, vision, and objectives creation; guided 6 organizations’ trajectories with strategic plans • Co-orchestrated 2-day Joint Base San Antonio Innovation Summit; 450 in-person attendees, 250 virtual, $89K event; grew San Antonio & Department of the Air Force innovation ecosystem • Forged 2-day Introduction to Innovation/Lean Startup course in 3 different Department of Defense organizations; taught 20 iterations/150+ students to develop innovation/design mindset

Led the charge on 1) scaling the innovation mindset across a 6,500+ personnel organization to ingrain a new culture of innovation, 2) facilitated Think Wrong blitzes, Human-Centered Design sessions, and creative problem-solving methods to get after some of the wing's sticky problems, and 3) instigated anywhere and everywhere I could to disrupt antiquated processes, mindsets, and methods.

Established new directorate (RM) at Wing-staff level leading 23 personnel, cross-functionally, through three other divisions, overseeing the operational activities for Civil Engineering (CE), Logistics (LG), and Plans and Programs (XP). Focused on creating collaborative, resource-centric synergies and strategy development to achieve executive goals. Managed development of 5-year strategic plan for a 6,500+ personnel organization (wing).

Selected as Functional Manager for the Communications Signals Analyst career-field personnel within our Wing (roughly 500 personnel); directed workplace placements for new hires and oversaw processes for selective training opportunities. Promoted to Lead Functional Manager for 8 months overseeing 9 Functional Managers across 16 career fields responsible for the career skills health of over 3,000 personnel.

Senior Enlisted Leader for 125 joint-service personnel overseeing organizational effectiveness. Led two organizations through new mission set development.

Established new operational unit growing from an initial cadre of 10 personnel to 60 in the course of one year. Built the training pipeline and standard operating procedures while ensuring the continued development of all personnel. Fostered a connected, and energetic workplace culture through work/life initiatives, office fitness, and open dialog.

Honor graduate from Advanced Communication Signals Analysis skills course. Distinguished Graduate from Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (Supervisor) leadership course. Led 15 Air Force members in career development and an additional 12 joint-service members in technical signals-analysis skill development and operational guidance.

Honor Graduate from Intermediate signals analyst skills course. Led small teams in daily operational efforts and honed specialty skills.

Formative Air Force years - graduated skills course with Honors; promoted early (below-the-zone), immediately began skill and leadership development.
