I’m an enthusiastic innovation and #design systems thinker applying various methodologies and strategies to create workplace sessions, sprints, and cultures that wow attendees. I love to study the new and different and I’m passionate about unlocking individuals’ latent creativity. I apply my broad interests and knowledge in a positive, outgoing, and flexible manner to work calmly in fast-paced environments.Looking back on my career it seems I have always sought ways to improve processes and systems, and that mindset has led to my development as an "Innovation Instigator", #WrongThinker, and Culture Catalyst.I am a proud Wrong Thinker, having completed the 3-day intensive Think Wrong course by Solve Next!! I am excited to move beyond just improvements to processes and systems by helping others break out of the status quo, their biases, and blinders, and explore new synaptic pathways to create solutions that were not seeable before. I am a certified adjunct instructor for a 2-day Introduction to Innovation (I-Corps) workshop focused on teaching anyone how to use the framework of the scientific method with #LeanStartup principles to quickly and methodically deliver true value to customers. I am also a facilitator for a 1-day Unconcious Bias & Allyship course and Department of Defense Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certified. I enjoy using my experiences and perspectives to affect process improvements in a team setting.
