BES Server, SQL databases and backups with Backup exec and Shadow Protect, HP SANs. I have at times been on-site at some of Staples Rodway’s larger clients providing support - one of which is Methanex where for 6 months I was on the project team for a VOIP phone upgrade, and a server migration of 35 servers between two remote sites. My role at Staples Rodway involved the standard break-fix work, but also being pro-active in identifying issues and bottlenecks in the network and suggesting to management resolutions to these. I have been involved in SAN implementation, and a SAN upgrade
