Current• Working with Higher management and subordinates to find solutions in an ever changing field of editorial review.• Collecting data on individual and team’s performance, and creating a goal to improve on those numbers.• Creating action plans to improve individual associate’s performance and goals within the company.• Self motivated work load management, including; processing tracking logs on a daily basis for over 100 associates, account attendance, bi monthly status reports for management, and bi monthly reviews for associates on my team.
