I'm the technical lead on a SharePoint / Power Platform development team. The client is Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).

I'm working as a SharePoint Power Platform Developer working for Makpar. The client is the IRS and we're working on a large workflow migration project from on-premises to Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.

I develop solutions on SharePoint Online using Power Automate, Power Apps and sometimes glue that together with PowerShell.In addition to my developer duties, I also have the role of Practice Lead where I help mentor other developers, paying particular attention to team based processes and procedures and help run some of the Agile ceremonies. I'm closely involved with working with customers to develop estimates based on customer requirements.

This was a freelance contractor opportunity with Asurion.I was building the Change Initiative System for Customer Solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Power Apps.Challenges with this opportunity included sometimes vague business requirements and availability of the business users to clarify requirements. Despite these challenges, the application and project was completed successfully and on time.

I worked as a SharePoint Developer delivering solutions with SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Power Apps. Discovered and documented successful patterns and practices for delivering Section 508 Accessibility compliant solutions. This includes an exception tracker and knowledge base for 508 remediation steps.

• Reduced complexity and wait times from 5+ days to ~1 hour by building internal tool for management of internal UID requests using SharePoint 2016, Nintex Workflow and PowerShell. • Developed an automated HR feeds process with PowerShell that allows a SharePoint site to act as an email bridge, funneling the data feeds of disparate systems into the Bridgestone off boarding process saving 20+ man hours a week of manual processing. • Developed new request form, process and automation using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Power Automate and PnP PowerShell for new site and teams requests. • Increased efficiency of the SharePoint infrastructure patching process by 50% by developing PowerShell automation to apply the patches to 20+ servers.
