Trains in responding and planning for incidents involving Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and High Yield Explosive (CBRNE) situationsEvaluates team members during training and develops training goals to strengthen weaknesses, as well as refine tactics, techniques, and standard proceduresHolds an additional billet of Team Leader for the CBIRF Incident Response Force (IRF) Bravo; responsible for the mission accomplishment and welfare of Marines during high risk rescue operationsEffectively deals with obstacles that requires technical skills in order to recover or save victims in a disaster situationWorks cohesively with fellow personnel to meet objectives during rescue operationsEnsures general safety of personnel during Urban Search & Rescue (US&R) missions and professionally counsels personnel as needed
