I was required to work according to strict deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously. I needed tohave good time management skills and a strong attention to detail. This role required me to work withclients and use their input to create functional webpages and migrate content from one location toanother. Other skills required of me were good problem-solving skills, focus, and strong verbal andwritten communication skills. I needed to have a strong grasp on programming languages (primarilyCSS, HTML, and others). I was involved in projects for V&A Waterfront, University of Cape Town, Stellenbosch University, JSE Limited and Johannesburg Housing Company among others.Responsibilities• Interacted with end users to complete migration which included participating in planning,migrating content, and end user customer support.• Wrote website code with different programming languages primarily CSS and HTML.• Built web content including the application of page layout and visual presentation,incorporated embedded multimedia, and resolved content defects and bugs as required.• Tested websites continually to ensure that they operated correctly which included ease of use,speed, etc.• Ensured that websites were accessible across many different platforms.

I worked a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment. I was required to have excellent verbal andwritten communication skills to deal with a multitude of nationalities and personalities. I was alsorequired to provide a high level of customer service. My responsibilities included check-in and check-out of guests, reservations for guests, responding to customer related emails and inbound phone calls as well as daily full guest in house reports and credit reports for the hotel.
