About Michael Higgins

While I was a professor in a Japanese University from 1984 through 2010, I continued to develop my skills and abilities in the electronic and computer engineering fields. Through incorporating my early education in electronics and marketing in the fields of radio and TV, over the yearsI have been able to assist small R&D firms with an understanding of both sides of the necessary equation: development and marketing. I am also a teacher trainer working from the concepts of global/spiritually-based education and the educational not-for-profit that I helped to found, International Educational Initiatives, Inc. (IEI), has set up schools and/or training programs in Russia, China, Japan, the Czech Republic, America, and on-line training programs in 19 countries.Specialties: Evaluation, accountability structuring, personnel management, product design, radio/TV engineering, marketing and ad strategies, business law, curriculum development, and teacher training.
