Michael transitioned to working at FMG Suite in June of 2019. As a customer service representative, Michael helped financial advisors and insurance agents with the ins and outs of their websites and marketing communication tools. This included teaching clients how to use the tools to build the different sections of their sites, building pages for their websites, making edits etc.. Michael also helped advisors set up and use the marketing tools available through the FMG's system to compile and create custom emails set campaigns and make social posts. He was also a member of the Enterprise team dealing with a specific class of clientele.

As a manager for 3 years Michael represented faculty and their testing needs, helped to oversee the front desk employees, call center, test processing employees, and a team of Shift Tech employees, who have taken over many of the duties he pioneered to perform basic troubleshooting and IT functions on every shift. Some of Michael's major accomplishments and responsibilities while at Testing Services include:-As a member of the ALEKS implementation team and a UVU ALEKS admin, helped to navigate and implement a university-wide switch for math placement that has saved students time and money, allowing them to brush up on old skills and reduce the number of classes required.-Creating a new accounting and cash reconciliation process for the department to take advantage of new features when switching payment systems at the center.-Through data collection and analysis, adjusted scheduling capacity limits for instructor's exams to optimize center usage while keeping student wait times at acceptable levels.-Creating a Google Drive system and database through the use of forms, sheets and docs to replace 70% of paper processes, reducing center costs.-Reduced some manager tasks from a time-frame of 2-4 weeks to 2-4 days, through the use of the Google Drive database, which provided more time to focus on employee development.-Writing and maintaining test administration manuals.-Became the first internal Webmaster for the department public site, overseeing two site redesigns to keep up with web trends and mobile design adaptations.-Created an internal website to host training materials, test administration manuals, and a front end for the Google Drive system.
