At Rizing HCM (formerly Aasonn), I was a product expert and thought leader for SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and People Analytics solutions, including Workforce Analytics (WFA), Workfore Planning (WFP), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Report Center, Online Report Designer (ORD), Advanced Reporting, Detailed Reporting, Tile-based Dashboards, and AdHoc Reporting. I guided customers toward an effective HR Analytics and Reporting Strategy and implement these tools.

In this role, I was an HR business partner and consultant with Amway leaders in Supply Chain. I worked with these leaders to ensure talent and performance management processes were successfully implemented. In addition, I provided talent reporting and analysis using SuccessFactors and Tableau.

In this role, I was a Project Manager and Lead Analyst for Amway's global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors'​ new Advanced Reporting/ORD reporting system to the Americas, Europe/India/Africa, Asia Pacific, and Greater China regions. I worked closely with SuccessFactors product management and engineering teams at the VP level to resolve issues and suggest enhancements to benefit both report developers and end users.I also created analyses, dashboards, and reports for HR executives using SuccessFactors' Workforce Analytics (WFA) cube analysis solution and Tableau.In a technical advisory role, I worked closely with our Talent and Learning Management teams to rollout SAP/SuccessFactors Jam for enterprise social collaboration and learning to a worldwide audience.

In a requirements analyst role, I elicited and managed requirements for Amway's global eCommerce and Distributor Business Tools websites in North America, Europe and Asia. In addition, I lead the implementation of IBM Rational DOORS and related Requirements Management processes in the Global eBusiness department. I also created project scope and budget reports using Microsoft Access. As a release manager, I created and led Release and Environment Management processes for Oracle SOA Suite deployments in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

As Product Manager, I created a forward-looking product roadmap for Peopleclick’s cloud Vendor Management System (VMS), determined a Build/Buy/ Partner strategy for Services Procurement functionality, and created prioritized PRDs for new system functionality.

In this role, I managed a Business Analysis team that provided analysis and project management support for change requests and expansions at our SaaS Contract Vendor Management System (VMS) clients. I also led the introduction of new organizational processes around this new team designed to improve software development efficiencies.
