I am researching applications of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs) to clinical and education domains in the Jamieson Lab of the Lyda Hill Department of Bioinformatics.𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬We developed and evaluated GPT and open-source LLMs as potential 0-shot classifiers within a more extensive automatic grading system.
