The critical first stage was to understand the sheer scale, scope, and significance of how the new zero trust security environment would support this transformation programme. Then to understand the how and why of the ‘Red’ – in all aspects including; budget, delivery, scope, issues, risks and relationships. --- Managing technology partner Siemens, we implemented Siemens VoIP and integrated call centre technologies.
--- This project was inherited post Project Start Up phase - and included a large element of investigating poorly specified - and a large amount of re-setting vendor and customer expectations.
--- Successfully delivered & handed over within agreed project tolerances.

****Project 2 - An internally funded Service Improvement Project to investigate Global Crossing’s core infrastructure across 180 British Council offices across 120 countries.**
