Supply Planning Manager
CurrentManaging the Supply Team at Danesmoor, co-ordinating the movement goods from receipt of customer forecast and/or order, through to delivery. Duties include (not limited to);o Analysing customer demand requirements, and translating them into supply plans.o Analysing and monitoring customer forecasts/sales and proposing/interrogating production batches/orders to suppliers to ensure the efficient flow of material.o Daily supply planning, inventory management, logistics and UK customs processes.o Providing leadership, coaching, support and guidance to the team, monitoring performance of team members, carrying out annual reviews and 1-2-1 sessions.o Participating in setting team objectives, ensuring fulfilment and implementing continuous improvement strategies.o Financial reporting - Monitoring order intake, invoiced sales, providing a monthly turnover forecast and participating in annual budget processeso Working with various customer vendor rating system and delivery compliance schemes.o Attending customer and supplier meetings in the UK and Italy.
