• Market and advertise leasing property by visiting school campuses, as well as, through multiple social media outlets• Greets prospects and qualifies by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize complete guest cards, etc.)• Showcase model units and other featured amenities of the complex to potential clients• Draw up and explicate lease agreement with clients, highlighting regulations, violations, and liabilities that leads to eviction.• Cumulate and document resident’s monthly rent and utility installments• Contact delinquencies that owe outstanding balances on their ledgers and attempt to collect payment• Issue out five-day eviction notice to tenants that failed to pay installments and or breached leasing agreement• Piloted and launched a Resident Retention program that has increased retention by 37 percent in the first three quarters of 2019• Ensures all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed Service Requests on a weekly basis• Assist in planning resident functions. Attends functions and participates as host for any functions as directed by the Community Manager.• Initiated weekly rounding with the Community Manager where we visit 7-10 residents and check to see how things are going and if they have any needs or concerns
