These often include the diversification of a concentrated equity position, the formation of a tax-efficient wealth-transfer strategy or the personal financial issues related to the sale of a privately held enterprise. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from The Investment & Wealth Institute.Michael is a proud alum of the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in business administration. Active in his community, he serves on the Loyola High School Finance Committee and volunteers with Naturally Los Angeles, an organization that supports the growth of the local “better for you” consumer packaged goods industry. Michael and his wife, Christi, have four adult children and make their home in Santa Monica, California.
