Michael Huntsman brings more than three decades of investing and planning experience to the needs of highly accomplished business founders and leaders, as well as their families and foundations. Serving as a close family Private Wealth Advisor, Michael offers the experienced guidance needed to make informed decisions on complex, multigenerational financial issues. These often include the diversification of a concentrated equity position, the formation of a tax-efficient wealth-transfer strategy or the personal financial issues related to the sale of a privately held enterprise. Regardless of the challenge, Michael and the team strive to deliver highly customized and truly comprehensive strategies, along with an exceptional level of service.Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2023, Michael had successful tenures at UBS, Deutsche Bank-Alex Brown and Bank of America-Private Bank. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from The Investment & Wealth Institute.Michael is a proud alum of the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in business administration. Active in his community, he serves on the Loyola High School Finance Committee and volunteers with Naturally Los Angeles, an organization that supports the growth of the local “better for you” consumer packaged goods industry. Michael and his wife, Christi, have four adult children and make their home in Santa Monica, California.
