Hold the position of Chief Operating Officer of the laboratory.Responsible for overseeing and making decisions related to the operations of Ei Lab.Develop and implement innovation and entrepreneurship strategies, both for internal stakeholders (such as students and lecturers) and external stakeholders (such as the public and private sectors).Lead efforts to address issues through operational management, including communication, collaboration, improvisation, recruitment, and operational analysis.Serve as the vice president in the Ei Lab organizational structure, supporting the CEO in executing tasks and making strategic decisions.

Assist in the achievement of supply chain department objectives and KPIs Maintain all documents relating to supply chain processes in accordance with company quality requirementsWork with Finance Team to ensure timely paymentsCommunicate informed risks within the business to key stakeholdersPrepare meetings, presentations, reports and analysisSupport the functions of the supply chain department

Organizing church services for all KMK students every Sunday.Initiating rosary prayers, both within the faculty and in collaboration with KMK/UAKKAT, during the month of the rosary.Creating concepts and ideas for spiritually-themed social media feeds and collaborating with Division 3 in producing the feeds.

Carry out training for students in accordance with industry needsConduct training design with partnersAccommodate students who want to take certificationProvide counseling facilities for students intensivelyProvide recommendations for internships to partnersProvide recommendations for special job vacancies for FIA UB Alumni to partners

Has a duty to support student welfare such as providing scholarships, conveying aspirations, as well as escorting and facilitating to support current and post-campus student life.
