Consistently achieve all key milestones and deliver on time.Operations Support – Act as a consultant for complex transactions. Monitor and ensure timely resolution of Tax Related Issues and tax related audit findings. Communicate on a professional, comprehensive, and accurate basis with key external customers including policyholder, brokers, and vendors concerning tax administration issues.Process Improvements - Actively lead proactive process improvements relevant to tax administration services that will enhance the external and the internal customer experience. Participate in industry groups to stay aware of proposed regulations and changes to the tax code.
