I had oversight of 3 Healthwatch's in Brent, Barnet and Newham as well as the NHS Complaints Advocacy Service in Newham. Prior to that, CEO of Healthwatch Surrey. Also developing the profile of Enrich Communications and consulting with a number of not for profit organisations including the OMID Foundations, an international charity working with vulnerable young women in Tehran. Completed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Scleroderma Society in September 2013. At the Scleroderma Society was responsible for general management, financial management, strategic direction, fundraising, development activity and representation of the organisation to clinicians and the outside world. In the previous 18 months increased reserves by 56% above our business plan target as well as delivering above target budgets.
