Digital Program Manager
CurrentClose collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure key MarTech platforms are properly deployed and optimized to support marketing and sales initiatives. Help monitor 3rd party tools like Qualified, Drift, Marketo, Salesloft and Demandbase. -Setup and manage Chat experiences within Qualified & Drift, and work closely with the Web team to ensure these are deployed across webpages, and campaign landing pages.-Setup Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns for all relevant digital programs, carry out testing to ensure workflows and automations are built properly and monitor the ongoing performance.-Reporting on performance to internal leaders and stakeholders for all programs you are managing, and continuously review and monitor these efforts to identify if they are meeting or exceeding the KPIs outlined.-Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve program performance and adopt the technology's functionality to be better support and enable demand marketing.
