Responsible for all Business Unit budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting and Product-Line financial information to Executive Management. Reported directly to CFO with strong dotted line responsibility to the Business Unit Vice Presidents. Managed three Business Unit Controllers and six indirect finance reports.

Managed Worldwide Operations Finance encompassing two wafer fabs, an offshore assembly and test facility, subcontracted manufacturing. Responsible for all manufacturing finance and reported financial results to Senior Management.

Controller for flagship division, encompassing three different design groups, two wafer fabs and an offshore assembly group. Member of the team that was responsible for bringing a new wafer fab online at the existing facility, direct responsibility for all financial aspects of project. Drove changes to the Cost Accounting methodology and systems to more accurately represent actual manufactured costs while simultaneously reducing the cost of gathering costing data.Successfully implemented new ERP system, Microsoft Axapta, vastly improving the security, flexibility and access of operating and financial data. Managed ten direct professional reports in the Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology departments.

Led founding team in the securing of preferred stock angel funding to launch enterprise after bootstrapping business for 6 months while conducting initial market research and building R&D prototypes. Developed business plans substantiated by sound strategic/financial analyses, through diligent market research and effective cross-functional partnering, resulting in actionable operating and marketing recommendations to Board of Directors.
