Oversaw project management responsibilities supporting the infrastructure of the Mozzeria expansion projects. Led the Mozzeria operations from start-to-finish by managing timelines, gathering data for project assessments, coordinating funding transactions, leading cross-functional partnerships, problem-solving, and being the point person for compliance and IT needs. Managed issues, risks, deliverables and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery within the specified constraints of time and cost. Managed the overall expansion budget. Coordinated opening week, launch events, and marketing efforts. Conducted market canvassing of the potential future locations.
