Michael's passion is developing a broad spectrum of bespoke services to lead and support developers, committees, owners and communites in creating vibrant and connected residential communities that residents are proud to call home.Michael's connection with community was fostered and developed through many years in hospitality management working at golf resorts and ski resorts through Australia, Canada & Europe; both two key passions of his. During this period he spent time as a ski instructor in Australia and Europe and managed to reach a golf handicap of 3.In 2006 with a determination to innovate and raise the bar in community management around Australia, he founded Quantum United Management. Quantum quickly built up and become a leader in owners corporation management and consulting of large scale complex projects. In 2021 he was driven to launch Quantum CM Solutions (Resident Club Mngmt services) and also Q-Fit (activating communities with resident user pays services within the clubs such as Personal Training, Circuit, Yoga, Zumba Swim, tennis classes etc) that all form part of the Quantum Group of companies.Quantum's Vision is - ‘to create vibrant and connected communities’In 2022 Quantum won the 'Consultants Award for Excellence' at the UDIA Vic Awards, for their work with Frasers Property at Club Mambourin.Michael's continued focus is transforming standard large scale residential projects, into vibrant engaged and connected communities. He and his team achieve this through their ingrained values, systems and unique management model.The Quantum Group manages many of Victoria’s leading large scale master planned projects such as Saltwater Coast Estate, Coridale, Rathdowne, Jubilee, Delaray and the Eynesbury Township amongst others. In consulting they work with Fraser’s Property Group, Villawood, Stockland, YourLand amongst others; in supporting them in providing advice and support around their owners corporation projects throughout Australia.Michael is the chosen speaker at the UDIA's Property Development Program on Strata.
