Our team is led by Michael Darby, who brings more than two decades of experience in managing, planning, and operating large-scale residential precincts. He is dedicated to attracting talented, experienced and values-driven professionals to the team, ensuring that our clubs and their communities receive quality services. We have developed a 5-step framework, the "Club Transition Plan", to guide the process of moving club operations from their current state of employee challenges to a point where a motivated and experienced QCMS team is in place. This transition plan ultimately leads to a committee that no longer experiences the stress and overwhelm of staff management, allowing them to focus more strategically on their role within the group. Step 1 Review & Research – Review the current operational structure of the existing team and research historic challenges and achievements. Step 2 Analyse & Investigate – Analyse the information we compile and investigate best operational services fit. Step 3 Lead, Support & Rebuild – Provide, build and initiate a strong QCMS team and commence planning our commencement on site. Step 4 Implementation & Transition – QCMS Team is activated and will implement our operational management practices and accountability framework together, as we transition the to its new operational status moving forward. Step 5 Monitor, Review & Review – Monitor, report and review our progress and refine as required.
