The Wanzl Nordic team (former Expedit Group) yet again pulled together in 2023, and as a result of solid teamwork we did deliver the best financial results ever in 2023, why I did have kind of a “peaceful mind” when I on January 1st stepped down from my second tour as interim CEO and handed over the baton to our new CEO.However, the new CEO has decided to opt for a “new beginning”, and he has therefor decided to set-up a completely new management board, i.e. new Wanzl Nordic COO, CSO and CFO. In addition to that the country managers in Sweden and Finland are being replaced. As a result of this, then I have entered into a mutual agreement with Wanzl, and started looking for a new job.

By the end of 2016, CRBC did have 7 distinct functional areas and 51 positions. CRBC employees were originating from 12 countries and located in Billund (Denmark), Enfield (USA), Singapore, Shanghai and LondonCRBC was part of the domain of the LEGO Group CFO. Following a decision by the Simpson group to consolidate key activities and regional leadership in France, I decided to leave the Company.

The company did cover the full value chain from R&D over production to sales (B2B sales of branded as well as OEM voice communication solutions for business use).I was reporting to the CEO of the Kirk Telecom division (KT), and part of the Executive management group at KT as well as the overall finance management team in the SpectraLink group. Furthermore, I was a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee, the Corporate Disclosure Committee and the Corporate Ethics Committee of the SpectraLink Group.I was overall responsible for the finance area, in respect to all of the activities of the SpectraLink group outside of the American continent, including controlling, performance management, budgeting, reporting (including SEC reporting) and taxation matters. Furthermore I was overall responsible for HR and IT in KT. During my time at KT I was extensively involved in the process of selling the Spectra Link group to Polycom and in the post acqusition and integration activities of:• the KirkTelecom Group and the SpectraLink Group• the SpectraLink Group and PolycomThe integration of SpectraLink and Polycom involved moving areas of responsibility to the Netherlands, and upon completion of the integration I decided to move on.
