I have 17 years experience working in the housing repairs and maintenance industry for Mears Group. 10 of those years in roles analysing and managing data/KPI's and workforce training. 5 of them spent as a member of our North-Eastern Commercial Hub, ensuring every penny spent had value and investigating productivity.
