+Led 23+ systems, networking, telecommunication, and desktop engineers responsible for technology solutions to 1,300+ global locations.+Provided a 60% reduction in annualized telecommunication costs through vendor/contract management, right-sizing services, and eliminating excess capacity.+Improved service while reducing cost for 1,300+ data connections, 4,000+ voice circuits, and long distance services through vendor selection, negotiation, and management.+Significantly reduced remote site voice/data downtime with the development of new recovery processes and redundancies.+Designed, developed, and migrated to a virtualized new primary data center then created a secondary site to provide High Availability for top tier line of business solutions.+Deployed Cisco / VOIP based telephony support for multiple call center functions to include predictive dialing, voice broadcasting, and IVR services. Investment costs were quickly recovered with improved efficiencies and functionality.
