Management and Support for IT Infrastructure Projects within the Catholic Health footprint and it's subsidiaries. Responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure build for new clinical offices from requirements through construction, to completion and go-live.Working with the IT PMO – develop a project tracking framework to be utilized throughout the Enterprise for technical projects.Coordinate and manage IT components for physician office moves. Work with Enterprise Security Services, Systems and Network Engineers to design network connectivity options for remote access to core services to provide a platform for tele-medicine services. Work closely with IT Clinical Systems Team to manage the conversions of outside Clinical Practices, including IT Infrastructure, Patient Data, Personnel and HR related procedures, into the Catholic Health umbrella of services.

IT Technology Planning / Project Manager• Project Management of technology implementations utilizing traditional waterfall and continuous delivery methodology, such as agile, to build efficient implementation plans for integration into existing legacy applications or new deployments while working with the appropriate groups for training and roll out. • Proficient use of Project Management tools such as HPE PPM, Jira, MS Project and the entire MS Office suite.• Develop and maintain positive and trusted relationships within the department, with functional managers and business partners, both internal and external.• Work closely with technology leaders to manage Product Lifecycles as they pertain to industry trends, current technology roadmaps and budgetary planning to maintain acceptable version currency and supportability. • Responsible for the daily direction and oversight for multiple project delivery teams, ensuring action items, risks, and issues are identified, decisions are agreed upon, and required deadlines are met.• Participate in and follow the guidelines provided within the project planning and resource allocation framework in the Key EPMO to assure all work requirements are funded and staffed properly.• • Work closely with Key support teams along with internal and external partners to deliver the IT services and support required for implementation and support of production application solutions.

Responsibility for the delivery, performance, availability of applications, and support of the computing requirements for FNFG employees. Work closely with both IT employees, internal and external partners to deliver the IT services and support required for delivery and support of application solutions.

• Responsible for leading a team of Senior Network Engineers supporting IT Infrastructure for the Northeast region and New York City.• Project Management and Implementation of new technology installations and upgrades.• Manage remote office conversions to and from enterprise-wide legacy applications.• Assemble project teams, analyze user requirements, manage development projects for new business offerings while supporting existing applications

• Manage day-to-day production operations of mission critical data center supporting 422 locations including 12 major call centers with approximately 6000 users.• Project Management and Implementation of multi-million dollar technology installations and upgrades.• Develop inter-departmental and external vendor Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and implement guidelines for compliance measurement against Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.• Manage groups of Project Managers, DBA’s, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Programmer/Analysts, and Application Support Analysts in support of 24 X 7 production customer care applications .• Negotiate maintenance and support agreements for production systems.• Cable and Telephony Billing support including system and database splits and merges. Support of daily billing cutoff processing, lockbox receipt and payment processing. Over 5 million bills produced monthly generating $4 billion in annual revenue.• Production support of CLEC Telephony Billing with a team of experienced telephony analysts supporting over 85 cities. Managed switched billing processes for approximately 40,000 commercial customers including statement processing and production. Polling and mediation of 1 million Call Detail Records daily (On-net and TSR) from 31 Switches. • Member of Disaster Recovery Team, PCI Compliance Team, SOX and Security Policy Governance Committee.
