I recently had an opportunity to reassess if I wanted to continue what I had been doing. The answer was an enthusiastic yes. I still love designing, developing, and delivering learning because it grows careers and companies. Who wouldn't love helping people be better?I'm fortunate to have worked in all areas of L&D. I've met with clients to understand what has kept them up at night so I can solve that need. I've designed in-person, online, and e-learning courses from the first to the last step. I've been in front of the classroom, on virtual platforms, been the voice behind courses, videos and podcasts and the person who administers the learning management system. Each one of these has taught and continues to teach me new skills that I use to make my teaching even better. Most recently I volunteered to create and deliver learning that led to a 50% increase in the company's product and tool usage. I also partnered with our salespeople to show potential franchisees the value of becoming part of the brand, resulting in a 10% year-over-year increase in affiliate growth. I'm looking to continue that hands-on work in my next position.I'm an avid reader, creative writer, owner of retired racing greyhounds, and volunteer in animal shelters to drive another kind of 'adoption rate'. Below is some more of what I've done. Let's talk about how I can put them to use for your company.KEY AREAS OF EXPERTISE• Employee Training • Engaging Classroom Skills• Virtual Live Training• E-Learning Design and Development• Instructional/Training Design• Project Management of Large Learning Initiatives• Product and Tool Onboarding• Business Skill Building• New Hire Orientation• Team Building• Consultation approach to all levels of an organization
