The team currently is focused on Real time personal and non-personal orchestration via recommender system - the team established ~3% incremental lift in revenue for a single brandPromotional Mix Modeling for budget optimization - Optimized budget recommendations led to improvement in average Return on Investment over the past year by 10% through identification of more profitable channels and vendors Non-promotional response modeling using non-commercial target measures (think Patient Support Programs) to understand whether we are achieving patient-related outcomes - We proved that patient outcomes are improved after interacting with the patient support programs. and Data Science and AI, Innovation for driving deeper insights into HCP and patient behavior - We were able to introduce more dynamic targets to orchestration as well as to the field through the use of adopter models and patient flow characteristics. Future projects will continue to expand the use of response modeling in areas like medical to better understand how to appropriately resource that area to impact medically relevant outcomes. In addition, we will be expanding the use of orchestration across the portfolio as well as deepening the promotional response model to cover even more target variables.
