 Manage the finance components of all Architecture and Engineering projects, which includes contract and insurance management, billing, collections, financial analysis, and reporting. Supervise, train and mentor two project accountants and facilitate training for project managers and other internal departments, including marketing. Oversee Deltek Vision inquires and training for principals, partners, project managers, and staff. Spearhead A/R collections initiatives, obtaining hundreds of thousands of previously uncollected funds. Complete line by line reconciliation reviews for client projects to address billing inquiries and disputes, consistently demonstrating accurate billing and collecting full payment on noted discrepancies valued at $100k+.  Improved the print billing process, resulting in a 60% increase in profitability.  Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including an improved collections process, which reduced Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) from 112 to 94 days. Developed and implemented a streamlined billing process for the London office, resulting in a more efficient and rapid monthly close. Partnered with in-house counsel and outside tax experts to register and manage the VAT, FX, and foreign entity set up for the London office for new global locations. Revamped the ERP software program structure from a 5-level to a 3-level drop-down, which improved integration with outside software and reporting capabilities.
