Biomet Corporate Headquarters - Senior project manager for relocation of company in Parsippany, NJ. Responsible for day-to-day project oversight and development for 100,000sf 4-phase headquarters relocation. Project includes: R&D protoyping plant; surgeon skill center; mechanical, electrical, biologic research labs; open office with conferencing and collaboration areas. Cognizant - Senior project manager for relocation of company in Bridgewater, NJ. Responsible for day-to-day project oversight and development for 60,000sf office relocation. The new office design shifted to a 'hoteling' focused environment. The new office design includes open plan workstations, flexible office/ meeting rooms, talk rooms, collaboration areas, large multi-use lunchrooms.

Technical coordinator during the schematic design and design development phases of PS62R, New York City's first net-zero energy school. Provided technical oversight for this 67,000sf high performance primary school. Responsible for consultant coordination, client presentations, document coordination and delivery.

Weill Hall Life Sciences Technology Building at Cornell University - Project Architect during the Construction Document and Construction Admin phases for this 265,000sf , $118m, LEED Gold biological sciences laboratory building. Oversaw interior detailing, material selections and consultant coordination during the CD phase. Led CA oversight and was responsible for site observation/field reports, submittal review/tracking, RFI response, change order review, client directed program changes.Newark Teachers Village - Project Manager responsible for day-to-day management for the 375,000sf eight-building development project in downtown Newark. Oversaw project team management, client and consultant coordination, document delivery and coordination, schedule and work plan creation and code conformance reviews. Guided project through schematic design and successful Landmarks Commission and Planning Commission submissions and hearings.
