My name is Mike Laughlin. I am an effective results and data driven, person focused, and evidence-informed health, public safety, and justice system professional with a proven record facilitating collaborative reforms that measurably improved justice, health, and public safety practices, efficiencies, and outcomes. My career passion is to strengthen data and system responses to enhance the individual’s capacity to achieve healing and growth with accountability via timely access to the right resources, support, tools, and information. I also recognize equal access to needed resources and support is too often limited, resulting in less success opportunities and poorer outcomes.
