The position of Senior Controls System Cyber Security Specialist will have responsibility defining policy, architecting, integrating and identifying critical cyber asset (CCA) systems supporting the Bulk Power System critical assets (CA) at perspective client sites. This position reports to the Manager of Compliance & Infrastructure Protection Group and.

Provide support to the Power Generation Division (PGD) in the area of cyber security, support in maintenance of PGD process and procedures, preparation of documentation in support of audits and maintaining compliance of Power Generation Sites in the area of the NERC CIP Regulations. Perform internal audits, identify compliance "gaps", develop mitigation.

• Maintained operational control over 2 duty sections/17 personnel. Responded to 1.5K IT tickets annually while maintaining a 99.9% network availability rate.
• Controlled a 450 connection Sidewinder Firewall. Protected $11 Million network development enclave with zero penetrations. Developed ruleset and protocol filtering internal to the LAN.
• Manages installation, maintenance, and monitoring of $1 Billion facility. Responsible for 120+ Juniper, Cisco and Foundry devices; 8,000+ IP addresses.
• Data center manager providing security review for access of all personnel entering/exiting the facility. Performed monthly reviews of access logs.
