I served as Regional Global Practice Manager for the Business & Technology Solutions Global Practice, which includes market segments of Utility Consulting, Technology Consulting, Security Consulting, and Strategy & Innovation services. As the Regional GP Manager, I developed and executed a long-term strategic plan for the practice, including operational strategies and procedures, marketing strategies and pricing strategies, as well as business development and client retention strategies. I performed business development, proposal strategy and contract negotiations and was responsible for coordinating project planning including scoping, budgeting, maintaining schedules, communicating and managing deadlines and establishing and performing to critical project objectives.
