At 10, I apprenticed with some of the most talented and hard-working people in the construction business. After thousands of projects and advanced credentialing, I worked my way up to VP and later opened the doors to my own business. The things most important to leading any project from a $100K home build to a $77M commercial project are also important to me personally. I believe in integrity, transparent communication, and leadership. As a result, my teams experience very low turnover in a high-turnover industry, and why my general contracting and consulting company has become the most sought after resource for every major building company in South Florida—without ever having to advertise.
