As DASH Development Manager, I managed the software development of a secure, web-based sales solution which integrated with the ERP system(JD Edwards), contracting solution(DocuSign), and CRMs(HubSpot & Lasso).I worked with internal stakeholders to create business functional requirements, and validated deliverables. While development, I led internal efforts to standardize internal data between divisions, and established roll out plans. At the completion of initial product, I personally trained 150+ users on how to update and use the system.After initial deployment, I managed several additional enhancement projects adding additional functionality and requirements to the software, as business needs increased and evolved.

As Corporate Purchasing Manager, I oversee the design, estimating, and corporate purchasing departments. The design department manages all CAD versions of our core plans and facilitates all new plan concepts and development. The estimating department manages all core plan takeoffs, including municipal variances and specification changes. The corporate purchasing department is responsible for cross-divisional analysis and new product analysis as well as managing and maintaining all national account-manufacturer contracts and relationships. I also led development of the DASH (Digital Automated Secure Homebuying) Program with our partner KS2. I'm designing the web-based JDE integrated project with KS2 and leading implementation at Gehan.
