Hi, welcome to my LinkedIn profile.Maybe you're here stalking me before meeting in person, maybe you've gone down some deep LinkedIn rabbit hole. Anyway, you're here now, so let me tell you a bit about myself.I am a husband, a dad (papa), a Creative Media Generalist, Filmmaker and Marketer with 12+ years of experience working within these fields (not the husband and dad part), I also worked multiple years in the Structural Engineering field prior as a draftsman (just like Alfred Hitchcock). I wholeheartedly believe in the role Not-For-Profits have as the lifeblood of our society, and I have worked extensively with many Not-For-Profit organisations, particularly the Community Services Sector, both in and as a consultant.I love volunteering and have actively volunteered for two decades. Notably within youth services for 10 years, have continued to be active with homeless outreach services since 2016, as well as in my local community through my church. I’m passionate about highlighting the stories of underrepresented people and organisations, with a particular focus on how film/video and art influence how we relate to one another and broaden our perspectives.I run a video production studio called Observation Studio, we primarily work with human centred organisations - translating complex services or messages into stories that leave a lasting effect. We do this by bringing people to a comfortable place where they are able to be their best authentic self, and capture this using the language of cinema.I love coffee catchups, and if you would like one with me - shoot me a message!
