I lead the technical side of the AAS Region 3 portfolio valued at ~$1B in annual contract spend. Our portfolio consists of a variety of Civilian, DoD, and IC clients in the ICT, Cyber, ISR, and PS categories located primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and EMEA regions. I oversee the design and execution of our acquisition solutions provided by our team to deliver successful programmes to our mission essential clients.

I manage the operations and provide quality oversight for the GSA Region 3 AAS portfolio, servicing the Mid-Atlantic, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We provide value-added acqusition service solutions for IT, engineering, cyber, ISR, professional services, and analytical type programmes, valued at ~$1B in annual revenue.

I lead the GSA Region 3 branch of acquisition programs performing services in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East including 20+ programs valued at $1.5 Billion.

Currently manage all aspects of the acquisition life-cycle, inclusive of all planning, pre-award, and post-award activities, for over 10 active IT Services projects including Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR); Software Development; Operations & Maintenance; Hardware/Software Maintenance; etc. with an estimated portfolio value of over $1 Billion. Projects vary in size and complexity and have included Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), Time and Materials (T&M) type contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which were awarded using various procurement methodologies. Assist clients in full range acquisition support and provide project management expertise for a wide array of IT requirements. Collaborate with clients to plan and develop technical requirements and specifications based on each of their unique needs. Documentation responsibilities include: Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Performance Work Statement, Independent Government Cost Estimate, Request for Information, Request for Quote and Proposal, Evaluation Criteria, Adjectival Rating Schemes, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, and Acquisition Plan.

-Manage and sell handmade products on various online platforms (Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, etc.)-Manage and maintain a supply-chain for products from conception to delivery with multiple -manufacturing companies outside of the United States.

-Developed a social media micro-blogging application from scratch for iOS, Android, and Web platforms through all aspects of the software development lifecycle using agile development methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure.-Marketed and launched the application, as well as managed the budget and business activities for the company.

- Performed analysis on numerous corporate-wide applications to define opportunities to improve programming efficiency for the next release of the application- Expedited the process of data storage, accuracy and maintenance of relevant information by creating a MS VB macro to perform all redundant functions

Served as the Database Administrator (DBA) and managed/updated the Philadelphia chapter members database on an as need basis, as well as standardized and improved the condition of the previous data storage method. Technologies utilized extensively included MS-SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel.
