Admitted and partook in a 7 week virtual summer fellowship taking coursework in security analytics and policy, ethical penetration testing and listening to guest lecturers as part of a twice a week Lunch and Learn hearing about cybersecurity topics from private and public sector security professionals. Worked on project presentation and paper for the Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity Infrastructure Agency (CISA) and the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) detailing the anatomy of a specific healthcare industry security incident and documented changes that were made immediately following that incident in addition to present recommendations that are used to further prevent similar incidents.Presented on social media information operations and potential real-world methods to combat misinformation for both organizations and individuals for end of term assignment to class and professors.
