Responsible for managing and driving Personal Loan Sales and Service Operations across phone, internet and broker channels. Accountable for driving the vision and strategy for a highly efficient and productive team management group to drive a high performing sales culture.

Responsible for leading all aspects of retail finance performance across new and existing, mid to low tier partners, including strategy development, implementation and execution. Department remit extends from compliance, on boarding and support for 8,000 merchants via dedicated accreditation team, through to ongoing account management of $100MM portfolio via the national sales team, including specialised program management for key mid tier head office relationships.

Lead national sales team to deliver business results through the management of national and state based accounts in Retail Finance portfolio to achieve accounts targets, identify growth opportunities, and develop relationships. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organic growth and business development opportunities in line with national sales initiatives.

Support the execution of the strategic plans developed by the State Sales Leaders and Program Teams and be an integral link for feedback from the field to the internal GE teamNegotiate with Key Stakeholders in each location to drive growth of new accounts and relationships.Train and develop partners expertise in selling and promoting GE products and services through a variety of training modules and techniques.
