I bolted from Calvin College in 1978 to pursue a career in the sales industry including home improvements and food service. In 1990, through a networking connection, I turned my attention to the technology industry as both an IBM business partner and employee, while completing my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at Aquinas College.In 2001, I gathered a group of investors to purchase 21st Century Computer Specialists, Inc. Upon hauling the company through the tech downturn of dot-com bust and post 2000 recession, 21st Century merged with SilverLake Resources in 2004 to form i3 Business Solutions where I've been a Partner and Principal ever since. I enjoy leading the i3 Business Solutions team of performance-oriented technology professionals to deliver solutions to our diverse customers' requirements. i3 continues to build on its Microsoft Gold Cloud, StorageCraft, WatchGuard, IBM Advanced, and VMware Business Partner status. i3's primary value is delivering technology checklist process excellence along with a roadmap to cloud productivity in order to improve business results.i3 Business Solutions' ReliabilITy R3 managed technology services supports small to medium business with comprehensive technology support.Specialties: Organizational leadership around communication and relationship dynamics to maximize performance.
