Led a team of 120 employees to implement large-scale, complex WAN, LAN, telecommunications and security infrastructure for local and international locations. Raised production up-time to 99.99% by consolidating Tier I data centers into Tier III data centers. I ensured the facility relocation was completed 15% under budget, including CAPEX and OPEX. The relocation resulted in increased data center capacity. I also cut the OPEX budget by 22% annually by integrating business systems for more streamlined processes and procedures.

I taught students enrolled in the Telecommunications Management Certificate Program. Lecture topics included the role of telecommunications managers and network design and implementation.
